Later in the year we will introduce the 2012 Hudson Valley Honda Civic and we can hardly wait! While the Civic has always been a favorite, we know it will stand out even more this year thanks to increased options.
For the 2012 model year, there will be four engine options and five versions of the Civic a android application vailable. Both the base Civic and the Civic H 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible F (high efficiency) will be powered by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 140 bmw M5 specification horsepower. The former will return an estimated 39 miles per gallon on the highway while the latter will return 41 miles per gallon on the highway thanks to changes in the aerodynamics.
Up next is the Civic Hybrid which will be powered by a 5-liter i-VTEC engine and a small electric motor that uses lithium-ion batteries. Fuel economy predictions are around 45 miles per gallon combined! For more power, drivers can consider the Civic Si which uses a 2.4-liter engine with 200 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of torque. This model will earn an estimated 31 miles per gallon on the highway. Finally, the Civic GX gives drivers the option of a natural gas powered model.
